Returns
We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original condition
Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted for return.
How to Start a Return
If you created a customer account when placing your order, you can initiate your return directly through your customer account.
If you checked out as a guest, please submit a return request using our Contact page. Be sure to include your order number so we can process your request as quickly as possible.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in their original condition
If you have a customer account, you can request your exchange through your account. If you checked out as a guest, please contact us using our Contact page and include your order number.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your requested exchange is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible using our Contact page.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage or defect
Our team will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Items that do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment or, where applicable, as store credit. Please note that it may take several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
